I never thought I would be apart of a special group of moms. I had my first miscarriage summer of 2008. I had my second miscarriage of Fall 2008. I had my third miscarriage of Fall 2009.
In the Spring of 2010 I found out that we were expecting our fourth child. I went into premature labor with her on October 14, 2010. They had to give me steroids to develop her lungs faster, they had to give me medication to stop the labor. I found out that day that we were expecting a little girl. They told me that if I had a little boy, then I would have to say goodbye moments after giving birth if my daughter had come that day. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl on December 9, 2010. We had to say goodbye to our daughter on April 24, 2011 due to her bowels being twisted.
We are now trying to conceive our fifth child & our rainbow baby.
I started a ministry in honor of my daughter called Miss Melanie Belle Boynton's Ministry. I knit items for local hospitals, local nursing homes, my local church, & our military. I didn't realize how little the hospital had for any child that goes back into the hospital for any reason, until my daughter had to go back into the hospital on April 21, 2010.
